Seriously, delicious right?
Let me escort you into the kitchen a la MMango. So this weekend I finally made a full food shopping trip for the 1st time this year (I’ve only gone to pick up one or two things to get me by). Well, now stocked with a full fridge and full cabinets, I’ve been on a cooking spree. Monday night, NY sirloin topped with sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms with garlic mashed red bliss potatoes and baked beans.
Well not to be outdone, last night, I decided to make blue cheese stuffed turkey burgers. Not too toot my own horn, but this burger looked so good that I had to take a picture of it. I’m not trying to be vain, just very proud of my creation and wanted to share. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions and bacon on a freshly baked bulkie roll, this burger melted with every bite. This was the first time making this dish, but I already know how to make it better… and step one is to add more Cheez-Its to the side.
